  • Please park in the designated parking locations noted below.
  • Pick up your tour brochure at designated tour entrance areas.
  • A shuttle will run from the Forbush School parking area to the tour entrance and shopping areas.
  • Public restrooms are available at two of the parking locations (noted below).
  • Central Ave. will be closed between Albright Ave. and Butler Rd. during the tour to allow you to walk safely in the street. A flashlight is recommended.
  • Tour will consist of 8 homes (subject to change).
  • Properties may be visited in any order.
  • Ticket donations are non-refundable.
  • Please no photography, food, beverages, or high-heeled shoes in the homes. We also request that you refrain from touching or handling any objects.
  • Tour buildings are not handicap accessible.
  • This tour is not recommended for children under 12.
  • Many of our sponsors will be offering specials the weekend of the tour. Details coming soon!
  • This is a one-day event, rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, the tour will be canceled.
  • Any additional information, updates, and weather-specific announcements will be posted on this website. Please check back periodically for up-to-date information.

Tour Entrance

There will be two tour entrances located on Central Ave.

  • One at the intersection of Albright Ave. and Central Ave.
  • One at the intersection of Chatsworth Ave. and Central Ave.
